This two-flat near Wrigley field was purchased by the current owners and rehabbed into a luxury single-family home while carefully retaining most of the vintage features, including the original windows. The white, triple-track storm windows were removed, and we fitted the 14 front windows with our signature low-e wood storm/screen units that can remain up year round.
