The owner of this North Side 3-flat called after an old aluminum storm window blew off the large front window on the third floor.  We replaced the storm window with a high-quality, low-e equivalent.  The primary window also had a bullet hole through it, not uncommon in Chicago.  We disassembled this large window, and replaced the bullet-ridden glass with a new piece.
